Note: Some content (such as artwork and gallery information) is managed by galleries and artists, not by individual users. Removal requests for such content are handled according to our agreements with those parties.
If you use the gallery management platform as a gallery, artist, or staff member, the following also applies:
Additional information processed. Business records you create on the platform (artworks, artists, exhibitions, events, posts), contacts and CRM entries you add, messages you exchange with end users through the platform, and aggregated analytics about how your content is engaged with.
Roles. For data about your own staff and platform usage, GalleryNet is the data controller. For data about your gallery's own customers and contacts that you upload or import, your gallery is the data controller and GalleryNet acts as a processor on your behalf under our service agreement.
Staff and team features. When you invite colleagues, their email and role are processed to send the invitation and manage access. Audit records of significant actions (publishing, sending invitations, account changes) are retained for security and dispute resolution.
Authorized GalleryNet administrators may temporarily act on behalf of a platform user (a "support session") to investigate a reported issue. Every support session is logged with timestamps and the administrator's identity. The session is bound to the original support request and cannot be used for other purposes.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the platform or by other means.
